Our little boy is 4 years old! I can't believe how fast time has flown by. For years, I prayed we would be blessed with a baby and it seemed that day would never come and here we are....proud parents of an amazing little boy!
I still remember the day I went into labor...despite the terrible pain, I was so excited that my dreams of having my own little family were finally going to come true. And Jeremy Jr. sure did accomplish that dream and then some.
There are several wonderful things I could say about Jeremy Jr. because he is such an amazing boy. His vocabulary surpasses most kids his age and probably mine in high school! He is so smart and picks up on everything so quickly. He is very energetic and very agile. He is super sweet. I could write a book on everything that is good about this boy. But to me, no matter what he may be, I love him because he is my strength.
He has been my best buddy since the day he was born and I love being with him. Before Rambo was born, we were partners in everything and I am so thankful for the opportunity God gave me and Jeremy gave me to stay with him for a year. He helped me cook, clean, play, exercise, and watch the kids. Whenever Daddy was working, his presence made me complete. I might have missed Daddy but because of Jeremy there was no time to feel down...I had a purpose to keep up with everything. For the past year he has helped me to take care of "his baby" and greets me with a shriek of joy everyday I come home. Anytime he sees a little flower, he picks it up and tells me I need a flower because I am nice or pretty. He fills my heart with joy everyday no matter how defeated I may feel. His love and his expectations of me have helped me get through more than I could ever imagine and I am sure God put him on earth for something very important but also to push me to be something better.
Thank you Jeremy Jr. for being such a loving. You have no idea how much I, your Daddy, your brother, and all the family loves you. You truly are our little blessing.
