It is so true when everyone says that time just flies by. I remember thinking I would never have a baby, the feeling of hopelessness, the sadness.....and wow, the Lord turned my pain into joy and gladness and in His time, he gave us a handsome little baby boy. Praise God for His mercy. Lord knows I need to remember His faithfulness. His faithfulness that has granted me and Jeremy to be the parents of such an awesome 6 month old.Baby Jeremy continues to grow and develop into such a little man. He is too cute and its so fun getting to see his personality and character shine more and more. One of my friends who inspired me to blog, gives monthly updates on her beautiful kids and I love the idea so I hope to do my best to do the same so that I never forget these precious moments that fly by way too fast.

Weighs 17.3 lbs
Measures 27 inches
Fits 9 month clothes and can squish into the 6 months when we are running low on onesies
Just moved from size 2 pampers to 3's
Has just started drinking 6 ounces and whatever he gets from nursing
Has eaten sweet potatoes, avocados, squash, peas, zucchini, apples, and pears. His tummy didn't like some of those though :(
Rolls over both front to back and back to front though he only really does the tummy to back every now and then
Can sit up for about 10 seconds before toppling over
Can sleep alone in his crib for most of the night
Naps best in the car and if not in the car naps for about 10-15 minutes! :( Thankfully he wakes up with a smile
Is super attached to mommy and though it is the saddest thing in the world to see his little face cry when I leave the room, I can't help but think it is super cute and sweet. He loves me!
Loves to see Daddy on Skype and the stranger anxiety described below does not apply to his hero dad
Is starting to exhibit stranger anxiety even with people he sees all the time including family. From what I read and the doctor told me though, this is normal.
He does however love his 3 year old cousin Gabriel and always wants to watch him
Hates getting his face cleaned
Rolls over when I am trying to change his diaper
Cries, Screams, and stiffens his body when something is taken away from him or when he is put down
Basically, he is becoming a handful and I think we might have our work cut out for us, but its okay because we are ready to be the best parents we can be and show him what's up. Easier said than done, I know.
